Survivors of Suicide (SOS) Loss

Support Groups

Have you lost someone to suicide? Suicide loss can be complicated by the traumatic nature of the loss.

The unanswered questions and overwhelming emotions can be difficult to manage. You don’t have to walk

the journey alone. Come, connect, and chat with other suicide loss survivors.

       2nd Thursday / month

     4th Monday / month

Mourning Mothers

Come fill your cup! ☕️ Connect and chat with other moms, step-moms and grandmothers who have lost child or grandchild to suicide or other types of traumatic loss.

Monthly on the 2nd Saturday

Young and Widowed: A Difficult Dynamic

Navigating life after the loss of a spouse can be overwhelming, especially for young widows. This supportive group provides a safe, understanding space to connect with others who share similar experiences. Through guided discussions and shared stories, find comfort, strength, and encouragement as you navigate this journey of healing.

Monthly on the 2nd Monday

Navigating The New

This group is designed for the newly bereaved trying to navigate their first two years after losing someone to suicide.

Monthly on the 3rd Thursday 

Mourning Mens Group

Open grief group for adult (18+) men who have experienced loss and navigating the mourning process of grief. This a group of loss survivors supporting loss survivors where sharing stories of lived experience is a beneficial and healing process

Monthly on the 4th Saturday

Hurting Under 30

Our young adult support group for 18-29 year olds - open to all kinds of traumatic losses. Connect, share, and find strength in togetherness.

Traumatic Loss Care (TLC) Grief Group

Have you lost someone unexpectedly? Examples are, but not limited to, losses due to homicide, suicide, overdose, accidents, natural disasters including the COVID19 pandemic, and other losses resulting from war and/or terror. Traumatic loss can come with overwhelming emotions related to the unanswered questions. What if? Why? You are not alone and we encourage you to come, connect, and chat with other loss survivors wondering and walking a similar journey.

(Professionals Aligned in Trauma Healing)

Light after Loss recognizes and provides trauma focused, confidential support for professionals who experience trauma and disenfranchised grief on the job.

Monthly on the 1st Wednesday

Walk-In Wednesdays

Stop by just to say hi, chat with us, get a little extra one on one support or even a hug if you need it!

Weekly on Wednesdays
